    Grilled Italian Zucchini

    Wash zucchini and slice into 1/2 " slices.
    LEAVE skin on. Arrange on heavy-duty foil.
    Sprinkle with crushed fresh garlic (or garlic salt if in a hurry) sprinkle with oregano.

    Wrap tight and grill for about 20-30 minutes depending on how high the grill is. Don't put it directly over the flames, but over to the side. Once you get the hang of it, they'll be perfectly steamed when your other items are ready.

    When you get on the living lean... you can sprinkle with parmesan... it will melt in your mouth!
