Italian Vegetable Marinade

List of Ingredients
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 cups mixed vegetables cut
ie: carrots, celery, green beans, red onions, cauliflower or broccoli) Recipe
Combine water, vinegars, lemon juice, seasonings, garlic, and parsley in a large pan. Add vegetables. Bring to boil, cover, and simmer 10-15 minutes until desired doneness(crisp-tender).
Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature, cover and chill at least 2-3 hours before serving. For maximum intensity, allow vegetables to season for a day. Use a slotted spoon to serve.
