Lemon Pepper Veggie Kabobs

List of Ingredients
2 Medium Zucchini
2 Medium Summer Squash
1 LB Large Mushroom Caps
1 Large Onion
Cherry Tomatoes
Any other Veggie you would like.Recipe
1. Cut Zucchini and Summer Squash into 1/2 inch rings.
2. Take stems off Mushrooms if necessary
3. Cut Onion into wedges about 1 inch thick then cut wedge in half to make 2 half wedges
4. Pour the Following Marinade over Veggies, Let stand at least 30 minutes.
5. Place Veggies on Skewers and Grill about 5 minutes on each side. Don't over Cook, they taste better when crisp and warmed.
Marinade:
(pour over Veggies and mix well to coat)
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Worsteshire Sauce
1 Tsp Mrs.Dash Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
1 Tsp Mrs.Dash Onion and Herb Seasoning
1 Tsp Garlic chopped
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
