1 large onion, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper Recipe
Note: Once cut, an onion should be tightly wrapped, refrigerated, and used within 5 days, or frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Mix the onion and lime juice in a bowl. Sprinkle with cayenne and black pepper. Allow to chill in fridge for an hour before serving.
