Marinated Tomatoes

List of Ingredients
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves (do not use dried)
1 tablespoon sugar substitute
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning - Mrs Dash Table Blend or any other favorite
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2-3 green onions, chopped
4-6 large tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedgesRecipe
1. Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a large measuring cup or mixing bowl. Add water, as needed to make enough marinade to cover tomatoes.
2. Whisk well.
3. Place tomatoes in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over.
4. Marinate at room temperature for up to 2 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
