    2 lb Zucchinis
    2 lb Potatoes
    2 lb Eggplants
    1 Green pepper
    3 Sliced onions
    2 Thinly sliced green onions
    2 lb Ripe peeled tomatoes
    1 bunch Diced parsley
    Pepper

    Recipe



    Clean and chop all the vegetables in large pieces. Bake in a deep pan for about 1 1/2 hr at 350 degrees.
