1 medium head cabbage
1 red onion
1/2 cup of each chopped red and green pepper
1/2 cup of pea pods
Dressing:
1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
1/2 cup splenda
2 teaspoons of dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of each celery seed and mustard seed.Recipe
Chop and combine first 4 ingredients. The dressing ingredients cook to a boil and stir for 1 minutes. Let cool a little bit. Then pour over chopped the cabbage mix. Mix well, and refrigerate overnight.
