4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons sugar (or splenda equivalent)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 large cucumbers, sliced diagonally crosswise Recipe
Whisk together the vinegar, cayenne, splenad and oil. Combine cucumbers and vinegar mixture and mix well. Allow to stand for 10 minutes; mix again and serve. Cut cucumbers can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
