Portobello Mushrooms, Marinated

List of Ingredients
1 large onion sliced (or as much as you like, I like lots!)
1 garlic cloves chopped (1 to 2)
Splash of balsamic vinegar
1 portobellow mushroom cap
dijon mustard Recipe
Using a non-stick skillet saute onion and garlic in water till they are well cooked, nice and brown. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar right at the end and let that cook off. Remove onion and garlic from pan and add mushroom. Saute mushroom till nice and brown.
