Red Cabbage in Cider Vinegar

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup splenda
6 whole cloves
1 onion peeled and chopped
1/2 cup water
1 head red cabbage cored and shreddedRecipe
In a small saucepan combine vinegar, splenda and cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes. Remove cloves. Add onion and water and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 more mintues.
Place cabbage in a large saucepan and pour hot vinegar mixture over the top. Cook until cabbage is wilted, but tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
