Roasted Carrots, Potatoes & Turnips

2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
4 medium carrots, coarsely chopped
2 cups coarsely chopped potatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups coarsely chopped turnips
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place onions, carrots, potatoes, garlic and turnips on a large sheet of foil and sprinkle with marjoram, rosemary and black pepper. Fold foil tighty around the veggies and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Open the foil, and return the vegetables to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
