Roasted Cauliflower & Broccoli

List of Ingredients
4 cups fresh cauliflower florets
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
2 teaspoons olive oil (or use cooking spray)
1/4 teaspoon salt (could omit if desired)
Vegetable cooking spray Recipe
Combine cauliflower florets and next 2 ingredients in a large bowl. Add olive oil and salt, and toss well to coat. (or spray veggies with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with a dash of salt)
Arrange the mixture in a single layer in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring every 5 minutes.
