Roasted Vegetable Medley 2

List of Ingredients
2 cups chopped zucchini
1 medium red bell pepper, cored and chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, cored and chopepd
3 cups quartered msuhrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 tablespoon low sodium worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 tablespoon minced lemon peel Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place zucchini, bell pepper, mushroomm, onoina dn celery on a sheet of foil and sprinkle with worcestershire sauce, vinegar, tarragon and lemon peel. Fold the fold tightly around the vegetables and bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
