    Rosemary Vegetable Medley

    1 pound carrots, thinly sliced
    1 cup sugar peas
    1/2 cup green pepper, diced
    3-4 tbsp chicken broth
    1 tsp rosemary
    1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper

    Recipe



    Stir carrots and sugar peas in broth for about 10 mins (less if you like the carrots crunchy). Add green peppers and stir for another 5-10 mins. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper and stir through. For a change of pace I sometimes add other vegetables like cauliflower or broccoli and decrease the carrots. Another alternative is to use only carrots and green pepper - a very refreshing taste.
