Sauteed Fennel & Summer Vegetables

List of Ingredients
1-2 bulbs Fennel ---thinly sliced
1 sweet onion –thinly sliced
1 med orange pepper thinly sliced
1 medium zucchini coarsely chopped
2 (yellow) small summer squash-sliced
1 pk. Grape tomatoes-cut in halves
3 cloves garlic—minced
2 cups very low sodium chicken broth( or may make your own)
½ cup white wine(optional)
Mrs Dash seasoning to tasteRecipe
1. In large skillet, Saute onion and fennel in approx ½ cup of broth, til onion softens
2. Add another cup of broth and white wine and slowly add vegetables ( all except tomatoes)…Add the remainder of broth and sautee until peppers have softened…add tomatoes. Saute until done to your liking…
3. sprinkle with Mrs Dash original table blend and fresh ground pepper to taste
