6 Fresh Tomatoes , peeled, cut into wedges
1/4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or nonstick cooking spray)
1 Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
Pepper To Taste
Minced Scallions To Taste
Minced Garlic To TasteRecipe
* Saute tomatoes in nonstick skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil (or use nonstick cooking spray) for 2 minutes on each side. Squeeze lemon juice over sauteed tomatoes, and season with freshly ground black pepper. Scatter minced scallions over tomatoes, or minced garlic and thin strips of fresh basil.
