Scampi Style Asparagus

List of Ingredients
*1 lb Asparagus trimmed and cut into 4 inch pieces
*1 tsp Garlic chopped (or desired amount) I like a lot more.
*1/2 Cup Chicken or Beef Broth (Herb Ox Very Low Sodium Bouillion and water if necessary)
1/4 to 1/2 half Cup of White Wine ( I like Franzia Old World Chablis)
* 1/4 of a lemon, wedged or Lemon Juice to tasteRecipe
1. Saute Garlic in about half of the Stock unitl it begins to smell.
2. Add Asparagus and saute some more. Add more stock if necessary, you dont want it to go dry.
3. When all of stock is gone add the wine and more garlic if desired. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes.
4. Remove from pan and serve with lemon wedge. Squeeze lemon on top of Asparagus.
