this one is definitely one with off plan ingredients.. the reason i included it here is that the amounts of off plan stuff are relatively small.. there is potential this one may slow your weight loss, so "use at your own risk".. may be a nice occasional change of pace though..
List of Ingredients
1 slice ginger, about the size of a quarter
1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon asian sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons low salt soy sauce
4 drops tabasco sauce
1 pound asparagus, tough ends snapped off Recipe
In a medium bowl, whisk together all but asparagus. Steam the asparagus until it is cooked but still has 'snap". Cut the asparagus into thirds or leave whole. While the asparagus is still hot, toss with the dressing. Discard the ginger before serving. Serve at room temperature.
