    1 head cabbage
    a pinch of cayenne pepper
    a pinch of black pepper
    chicken seasoning about 1 tsp
    garlic powder - 1 tsp or better..i was craving garlic.
    1 tsp paprika

    Recipe



    Place in "stir fry" pan. Pour 1 cup water over cabbage Sprinkle seasonings over the top. Bring to boil, and turn off.
