Steamed Collard Greens

1 pound collard greens washed and stemmed
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice Recipe
1. In a large layered steamer, bring water to a boil. Place the collard greens on a platform and sprinkle with basil. Cook over gently boiling water for 8 minutes.
2. Sprinkle lemon juice over the collards just before serving.
