    Steamed Fennel Bulbs

    List of Ingredients




    2 large whole fennel bulbs
    1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil

    Recipe



    1. Bring water to a boil in a Stack and Steam or other large steamer.

    2. Trim the stalks and stringy parts off the fennel bulbs. Cut the bulbs in half lengthwise, place on a steamer platform and sprinkle with allspice and basil. Steam for 10 minutes.
