    List of Ingredients




    12 ounces washed kale heavy stems removed
    1 teaspoon dried dill
    (original recipe calls for 1/8 teaspoon salt )
    2 cups water

    Recipe



    1. Bring the water to a boil in a large steamer. Place the kale on a platform in the steamer, cover, and steam for 4 minutes over medium high heat.

    2. Remove the platform, set it on a plate and sprinkle with the dill (and salt). Toss to mix.
