Steamed Mixed Greens

3/8 pound washed mustard greens stemmed and chopped
1/2 pound washed collard greens stemmed and chopped
3/8 pound washed Swiss chard stemmed and chopped
(original recipe calls for 1/8 teaspoon salt )
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg Recipe
1. Bring water to a boil in a large steamer.
2. Spread the chopped greens on the cutting board. Sprinkle with (salt,) pepper and nutmeg and toss to mix. Combine the chopped greens on a platform of the steamer and steam for 4 to 6 minutes.
