Susan's Pickles

List of Ingredients
1 cucumber
1/4 purple onion
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup Raspberry vinegar
3 tablespoons Splenda
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic ‘n Herb (depends on how spicy you like things)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground lemon pepper corns Recipe
Make sure to leave peelings ON... Slice the cucumber thick and onion thin. Mix ingredients in Tupperware tall container like a pitcher. Chill a minimum of 3 hours. Eat them all week. They keep well. After the pickles are gone, save the liquid to use again.
