    List of Ingredients




    1 clove garlic, cut in half
    2 ripe med tomatoes, room temp, cut in half
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    4 medium romaine lettuce leaves, optional

    Recipe



    Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.. Warm the skillet over medium heat. Rub the cut side of the garlic halves around the pan, then discard the cloves. Place the tomatoes, cut side up, in the skillet. Mist with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with the basil, oregano, and thyme. Press the herbs down lightly with the palm of your hand. Season to taste with the pepper. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Turn the tomatoes. cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the tomatoes are hot. Serve, cut side up, on the lettuce (if using.)
