List of Ingredients
12 ounces pre-packaged broccoli slaw
1 small red onion
2 cucumbers
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Recipe
Dice onions. Clean cucumbers and quarter lengthwise. Remove the seeds and chop. Combine broccoli slaw, diced onions and chopped cucumbers. Sprinkle vinegars over salad and mix thoroughly. Measure 1 cup per serving. Note; Broccoli slaw can be found prepackaged in fresh vegetable section of supermarket.
Each serving equals 1 cup vege A.
