    The No-Salt, Lowest Sodium cookbook

    List of Ingredients

    2 large zucchini
    1 large red bell pepper
    1 large green bell pepper
    2 large onions
    2 summer squash

    Recipe

    Cut the zucchini lengthwise into strips about 1/8" thick. Clean out the bell peppers and slice them lengthwise into 1 inch wide strips. Slice the onion into rings. Cut the squash into strips. Put all the veggies on a bbq grill (or in an oven griller under the broiler element) and cook until grill marks appear. Turn once so that both sides are cooked. Serve hot.
