* 1 large white onion
* dried oregano
* balsamic or red wine vinegar
Recipe
Peel onion and slice a couple times so spices can get down inside. Place onion on foil and sprinkle with oregano and vinegar. Wrap onion in foil and place on grill until tender, approximately 1 hour.
