    Chicken Broth Veggies

    If you're making steamed veggies, this is a really nice change - take 3 cups of your favorite fresh veggies ( I use broccoli, asparagus, celery, onion and carrots) and place them in a pot with 1 cup of fat free/sodium free chicken broth and a few cloves or garlic. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 5 - 8 minutes till veggies are crisp-tender.
