Dilled Broccoli & Carrots

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup thin sliced onion
1/2 cup thin sliced carrots
2 cups broccoli, cut in 1" florets, stems thin sliced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
dash fresh bground black pepper
Recipe
In a 3 quart microwaveable dish, combine onion, carrots and 2 tbl. water. Cover tightly with a lid or vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in broccoli and dill. Cover and microwave on High for 3 minutes, or until veggies are tender-crisp, stirring once. Let stand, covered, for 1 minutes. Season with pepper. Measure 1 cup per serving; each serving is 1 cup Vege A
