Grilled Bell Peppers

From member SGFbelle: You can use any color bell peppers you like, or whatever is in season.
List of Ingredients
* 2 red bell peppers
* 2 green bell peppers
* 2 yellow bell peppers
* 2 orange bell peppers
* juice of 1 whole lemon
* 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
* 3 tbsp finely chopped basil, dry or fresh
* 1 tsp ground black pepper
Recipe
Preheat grill or non-stick pan on high. Core and cut peppers into lengthwise slices. Place slices on grill or in pan and cook until you see grill marks or browning. Place in bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour into bowl. Toss peppers until uniformly coated.
