Microwaved Spaghetti Squash

Pierce the squash with a sharp knife in many places all over the squash (try to get a few of the piercings down to the middle of the squash). Put it in the microwave and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes on High. When the skin is relatively tender and soft, it is done. Take it out, let it cool a little, then cut in half. Use a fork to scrap the strands out.
