Mushrooms in Wine Herb Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup red wine
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried thyme flakes
pepper to taste
Recipe
In a covered saucepan, place all the ingredients and over low heat, simmer mushrooms for 10 minutes. Remove cover and continue simmering for about 10 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
