    Sauteed Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup sliced mushroom/person
    Spices (garlic powder pepper, taragon)
    Wine - red or white

    Recipe

    Wash and slice about 1 cup of mushrooms per person. Heat skillet over medium; once heated, add mushrooms and spices along with about 1/4 cup of wine per cup of mushrooms. Continually stir mushrooms on medium heat until they are cooked thoroughly and wine is reduced (about 5 min.)
