    Steamed Summer Squash

    List of Ingredients

    4 medium summer squash
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. lemon juice

    Recipe

    Clean and strip the stems off the squash. Fill the steamer with water and add the garlic and lemon juice. Put the sqush in the steamer tray and steam until barely soft. You can cut the squash into slices before steaming or you can steam them whole. Serve hot.
