List of Ingredients
2 cups Apple cider vinegar
1 small onion minced
1 large clove garlic minced
Ground black pepper to your taste
2 to 3 TBLS splenda or to taste you want it just slightly sweet to the taste budsRecipe
Bring above ingrediance to a boil and poor over covering with pan
1 Large bowl of greens (they can be spinach swisschard green leaf red leaf or a combination)
Let stand covered for 3 to 4 min remove cover and toss serve warm
You can add diced up chicken to this dish to make it a little different or even turkey
