* Mac'n' Cheese Makeover. Spread lefotver macaroni and cheese into a hot skillet coated with melted butter; then whisk together an egg or two, milk, salt and pepper and pour that over the macaroni. Sprinkle on some seasoned bread crumbs and cook until the egg is done.
*Pasta Perk-Up. Fry leftover pasta in olive oil along with chopped fresh dill and garlic. Good with sliced tomato and grated cheese.
*Biscuit Rebirth. Split leftover biscuits and spread each cut side with butter. Sprinkle them with garlic powder, parsley, dill weed and shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese. Bake 400�F until browned and the cheese is melted.
*Meat Loaf Magic. Blend a can of cream of chicken soup with 3/4 cup milk and spread a small amount on the bottom of a casserole dish. On top of that, Ilayer slices of leftover meat loaf, mashed potatoes and the rest of the soup mixture. Bake at 325� for 45 minutes.
*Steak Saver. In microwave, heat slices of leftover steak with sour cream, diced onions, and garlic, pepper, a can of cream of mushroom soup and enough water to make a nice sauce; serve over cooked egg noodles.
*Roast Rerun. Cut leftoverbeef roast into 1/4" slices, dip them in beaten egg, then in dry bread crumbs. Fry the slices in oil or butter until hot and golden.
