    With this recipe you can use either asparagus or broccoli.

    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless butterfly pork chops (about 1/2 pound each)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp dried whole basil
    1/2 tsp dried whole oregano
    1/4 tsp salt
    Dash of pepper
    4 slices of Provolone cheese
    Broccoli or asparagus, steamed

    Recipe



    Pound chops to 1/4 inch thickness. Saute garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove garlic, reserving oil in skillet. Combine flour and the next 4 ingredients; dredge chops in flour mixture. Brown in skillet. Place chops in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Place 1 slice of cheese on each chop; top with broccoli. Fold chops in half. Secure with wooden picks. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30 minutes or until done. Transfer to individual plates.

    Yield: 4 servings.
