    Fast and easy to prepare! Great for a tasty hot meal.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 to 3/4 pounds ground chuck (browned)
    1 can kidney beans, undrained
    1 can chili beans, undrained
    1 small can Mexi-corn, drained
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 can Rotel
    1 packet Ranch dressing mix
    1/4 pound Velveeta cheese

    Recipe



    Add all ingredients, except cheese to crockpot. Mix well. Cook on high until hot. Add cheese and stir often until melted. Remove from heat (so cheese doesn't scorch). Serve immediately with tortilla chips or corn chips.
