Filling:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Topping:
1 can (20 oz) apple pie filling, chilled
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 325F. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Place crust on baking sheet; pour in filling.
3. Bake for 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. (Mine took 35 minutes). Topping: Spread apple filling evenly on top of cooled cheesecake.
