    Light Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes

    4 (1-oz) squares semisweet chocolate
    1 cup butter
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup sifted flour
    1 3/4 cup sugar
    4 eggs

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and butter in small saucepan over very low heat. Remove from heat. STir in walnuts and vanilla.

    Stir together flour and sugar into bowl. Add eggs; beat until blended, using mixer at medium speed. STir in chocolate mixture. Spoon batter into paper-lined 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups, filling one-half full.

    Bake at 325F for 35 minutes. Remove from pans, cool on racks.

    Makes 24.
