    This is our favorite salmon loaf.

    List of Ingredients




    16 oz can of salmon
    10 3/4 oz can cream of celery soup
    1 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp lemon juice

    Recipe



    Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid. Remove skin and bones. Combine all ingredients, including the reserved liquid, and pack into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375F for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
