    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb pork ribs, cut up
    • 1 bag red radishes, peeled
    • 1 bunch mustard greens
    • 1 pkg KNORR tamarine soup base *asian store*
    • 1 small onion, quartered
    • 1 small tomato, quartered
    • salt
    • pepper
    • white rice


    Instructions


    1. In a large pot, add pork ribs and cover about 2-3 inches with water. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook until meat is almost done. Scrap fat off the top of water.
    2. Add onion and tomato and cook 5-7 minutes.
    3. Add soup base, salt and pepper. Stir and cook 5 minutes.
    4. Add radishes. Simmer until radishes are tender.
    5. Add mustard greens on top of soup. DO NOT STIR - soup will become bitter. Cook until greens are done.
    6. Serve with white rice.


    Final Comments


    This soup is good with some fish sauce and a banana. You could even add a few whole jalapeno peppers for a little bit of a bite.
