    List of Ingredients


    • 2-3 lbs ground beef
    • 2-3 carrots, shredded
    • 1 large onion, shredded
    • 1 small cabbage, shredded
    • 1-2 containers bean sprouts
    • 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2-3 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 eggs plus 1 for sealing wrappers
    • lumpia wrappers (asian store)
    • salt
    • pepper
    • lemon pepper
    • garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl in this order:
      Add Carrots, Onions, Beef and mix.

    2. Add Seasonings, Eggs and mix.

    3. Add Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil and mix.

    4. Add Cabbage and mix.

    5. Add Bean sprouts and mix

    6. Separate lumpia wrappers. Beat the remaining 1 egg. In a wrapper, add 1 tbsp of mixture and wrap up sealing with beaten egg. Set aside.

    7. Deep fry lumpias for 3-5 minutes or until meat is done.



    Final Comments


    Can be frozen. After making a each wrap, lightly cover in cornstarch or wrap in wax paper and place in a freezer bag. Good if dipped in vinegar mixed with minced garlic and salt and pepper.
