    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can chickpeas, drained but save 1/4 cup of the liquid
    • 4 sundried tomatoes (packed in oil)
    • 1 large garlic clove
    • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
    • dash of cumin
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. In a blender or food processor, puree all ingredients. Add a drizzle of oil or water if it's too thick. Once smooth, spoon into a bowl, sprinkle with paprika and serve with cut-up veggies or chips.
