Yummy Hummus

List of Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained but save 1/4 cup of the liquid
- 4 sundried tomatoes (packed in oil)
- 1 large garlic clove
- 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
- dash of cumin
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, puree all ingredients. Add a drizzle of oil or water if it's too thick. Once smooth, spoon into a bowl, sprinkle with paprika and serve with cut-up veggies or chips.
