Baked Pork Chops with Biscuit Stuffin`

1 T. oil
1 cup chopped onions
6 (1/2 inch thick) pork loin chops
1 egg
1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can (7.5 oz) Pillsbury Refrigerated BiscuitsRecipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add pork chops; cook until browned on both sides. Place pork chops in an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
In medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, celery, onions, egg, pepper, and poultry seasoning; mix well.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits; cut each into 8 pieces. Stir biscuit pieces into soup mixture. Spoon over pork chops.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until the biscuit pieces are golden brown and no longer doughy in the center.
