Recipe Introduction
I created this recipe from other recipes for Chicken Spaghetti. This is my favorite way to cook it.
List of Ingredients
1 fryer chicken, boiled / deboned
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drain
1 can Rotel*Recipe
Saute onion, pepper, and celery in margarine until tender. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and toss well. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly, but thoroughly cooked.
*Rotel is canned tomatoes with chilies.
