CORN TORTILLA SALAD

List of Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 cup corn
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 each green, red and yellow bell peppers, diced
1 can (4 ounce) diced green chilies
1/4 cup chopped, fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Garlic salt and black pepper to taste Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve on salad plates on a bed of lettuce, circle each salad with a ring of corn tortilla chips.
