Wine sauce

List of Ingredients
3 tbs sunflower oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
30-40 g flour
500 ml vegetable stock
juniper berries
salt
pepper
leaves of laurel
40 g Raisins
30 g almonds, roughly chopped
125 ml red wineRecipe
Heat the oil in a pot.
Fry the onion until just soft.
Add the flour and stir well.
Fry about 1 minute.
Add the stock and spices and bring to the boil, while stirring well.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour the sauce through a sieve.
Add raisins, almonds and wine and reheat gently without cooking.
The folling kitchen utensils are required: libra.
