List of Ingredients
125 gram finely crushed shortbread biscuits
100 glace cherries (not imitation ones)
75 gram unsalted butter
8 tablespoons honey
250 gram chocolate (mix of cooking and ordinary is good)
125 gram seedless raisins
using a double boiler, melt chocolate, honey and butter - stir well - put all the ingredients into a bowl - pour in the messy chocolate mixture - stir and mix well - line a large tray with greaseproof paper - spoon in the mixture and level it - place in fridge - cut into small pieces
Note: this could keep in the fridge for up to 4 weeks, but it has never been allowed to go that long........ enjoy!
